Magpie Dance starts work for nationwide franchise babyballet

babyballet franchise commission Magpie Dance.

babyballet becomes the latest client to receive the benefit of Magpie Dance’s expertise in delivering bespoke continued professional development focussed on inclusive practices and inclusive dance.

Natasha Britton, Dance Practice Director Magpie Dance, was approached by babyballet’s head office team to review their policies and procedures to address best practice for inclusion within babyballet classes and to deliver inclusive training at their national conference.

On Saturday 1st June Natasha delivered 2 training sessions at the babyballet National Franchise Conference, Halifax. The overwhelming response at the conference was that more franchisees would like to book the training session for their teams.

As “the best guest speaker of the weekend!” (individual Franchisee feedback), Natasha received rave reviews from those who participated in her inclusion sessions. Lucy Crabtree from the babyballet head office said: “Each year, we ask our delegates to fill in feedback forms and I am delighted to let you know that your session was rated: 4.8 out of 5!!! You were, in fact, the most well-received guest speaker of the weekend!!

…We are extremely grateful for the time you put in to prepare the session and make it so relevant to babyballet and also for your wonderful, personable and informative delivery which was just what we hoped for”.

Nationwide franchise babyballet has teams of teachers all over the country and following the success of the initial training delivered by Natasha at the conference, she’s heading to local Dartford, Bexley, Bromley franchise on 29th August to deliver training to staff there.

“We are so grateful for the sessions that you delivered and how much value the subject area will give to the brand and how we deliver it. The initial feedback from conversations with the franchisees was very positive and it’s going to empower lots of teachers going forward. We are definitely looking forward to maintaining our connection with you and working closely in the future” Stephanie John, babyballet head office.
