Magpie Dance are delighted to introduce their latest film ‘The Green Hearts Project’!
As part of the Climate Coalitions Show the Love project 2024 Magpie Dancers and their families had a special day of dance where they learnt about climate change through dance and craft activities.
‘The Green Hearts Project’ film is inspired by letters written by our dancers, ‘Dear Future Generations…’.
Magpie Dance’s Artistic Director, Alison Ferrao, said of the day:
“The dancers’ letters have been inspirational and give us all hope for a brighter future in Bromley and beyond.
We’ve worked with some amazing visiting artists in our Days of Dance over the years, but it was poignant to see our dancers taking the lead, showing their phenomenal leadership and creative skills guiding members of the public through their new work.”
